Exhibition stands
Custom stands built from scratch in timber, steel, fabric, LED and bespoke joinery; engineered double-deck structures with meeting rooms upstairs; reusable modular systems dressed with printed graphics for a season of shows. Every stand comes with technical drawings, organizer submission and structural calculations where the venue asks for them.
Event management & production
We plan and run corporate events end to end: site survey and permits, marquees and climate control, stage sets and branding, registration and hospitality, AV and lighting, show-calling and pyrotechnics on cue, product showcases, guest logistics and the crew on the day. One producer is your single point of contact from the first brief to the de-rig.
Pavilions & group stands
National and association pavilions and group stands: individual spaces for each exhibitor, a shared lounge, stage or information desk, bilingual wayfinding, and the organizer coordination handled centrally for the whole group.
Design studio
A first 3D concept and budget range within two working days of a complete brief. Revisions with you until it is right, then technical drawings, material boards, graphics artwork and the submission pack the organizer needs.
Production & graphics
Our own workshop in Cairo and production partners in the UAE and Saudi Arabia build every element: joinery, metalwork, counters, backlit walls, printed graphics, signage and branded furniture — with photo updates as the piece takes shape.
Show services & on-site
Stand approvals, power and rigging orders, badges, insurance, freight and customs, storage between shows, and an on-site team that installs, hands over before opening, supports you during the show and clears the stand after.
How a project runs
- Brief and site check — we confirm the stand position, open sides, height limits and the organizer's rules before drawing anything.
- Concept and budget — a first 3D concept with a budget range within two working days of a complete brief.
- Design development — revisions with you, then technical drawings, structural calculations where needed and organizer submission.
- Production — in our Cairo workshop or with our Gulf production partners, with photo updates as the stand takes shape.
- Installation and show — built and handed over before opening, supported during the show, dismantled and cleared after.
